Documents obtained by 8 News Now unveiled the disturbing narrative that unfolded on November 12th inside Durham's home, revealing a harrowing sequence of events.

The incident began when Durham called 911 after two individuals, including Boudreaux, entered his residence while he was present with his 15-year-old daughter. Witnesses reported hearing confrontational exchanges between Durham and an agitated Boudreaux, with Durham expressing concern and ultimately locking himself in a bedroom for safety. As tension escalated, Boudreaux allegedly grabbed a knife from the kitchen and made alarming statements, indicating a volatile situation.

Amidst the chaos, Boudreaux reportedly taunted Durham with provocative phrases, suggesting a premeditated motive behind her actions. Furthermore, suspicions arose that Boudreaux attempted to ignite a gas explosion within the house, adding a chilling layer to the unfolding crisis. The situation reached a tragic climax when Durham, fearing for his life as Boudreaux wielded a knife, engaged in a struggle that led LVMPD Officer Alexander Bookman to intervene, ultimately resulting in Durham's fatal shooting.

Following an incident involving a stolen ticket at the airport, Boudreaux expressed suicidal ideations and a desire to be shot by police, illustrating a disturbing mindset that precipitated the catastrophic events.

As the investigation unfolds, Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson extended condolences to Durham's family while urging patience as authorities delve into the complex circumstances of the case. Bookman has been placed on administrative leave pending the results of an inquiry into the shooting.
