Upon arrival, officers were confronted with a disturbing sight - a toddler boy, under the age of 3, was discovered naked behind a wooden and metal enclosure secured with a padlock. Five individuals were arrested in connection with the case, facing charges of first-degree child abuse and wanton endangerment.
